#92 Liz Earle Hot Cloth Cleanser

I am still on my quest for the perfect skincare and have stumbled across this beauty. I know, I know I am late with catching on to the good products! This product is one which I have been reaching for daily and just love, it has done wonders for my skin!

The Liz Earle - Cleanse and Polish, Hot Cloth Cleanser is one of the most talked about beauty products amongst bbloggers looking for a good skin care routine. I picked this up in John Lewis for £14.25 a while back and have only just gotten around to trying it. I love the fact that it comes with a card giving a brief description of the product and on the other side it has some instructions on how to use it. Which some people may say that its obvious but I always want to make sure I'm doing it right so I can get its full usage.

This is the amount which should be applied - one pump. It's a really thick cream consistency which I didn't expect as I expected it to be a lot more liquidy. The cleanser is then applied and massaged into the face and neck. You can even apply this cleanser to your eyelids and eyelashes and it removes all traces of eye make up such as Mascara so easily, which I was so impressed with!! Usually I find cleansers are awful at taking eye make up off and can sometimes leave them stinging and irritated.
You then rinse the muslin cloth in warm or hot water, depending on your prefernce and use it as a face wipe to remove the cleanser and any traces or dirt or make up on your face. When I saw the colour of the muslin cloth I was shocked. I couldn't believe that I had that much make up on my face and was so pleased I was removing it before bed. I then washed the muslin cloth and repeated this just to make sure I had removed all traces of dirt and make up.
I cannot believe how well this cleanser worked for me and now understand why it is everyones favourite. The best part is that it also leaves your skin so soft and smooth and teamed with a good Cleanser and Night Cream this is the perfect skin care routine for me before bed. I do understand that not everyone wants to be doing this before bed too but if you can, I would say do it! Equally this cleanser can be used on those morning where you're rushing about getting ready for work/college. The soloution? Use it in the shower and incorporate it into your shower routine.

Would I reccommend this product? Yes. Will I be repurchasing it? Yes.
I can't wait to try other products from the Liz Earle range to after my first being such a success!

Hope you all had a good weekend.

#91 MUA Lipstick - Shade 4.

These last few days have been pure and utter shit and the reason behind my blogging break. Yesterday my boyfriends sister sadly lost her battle with cancer at the age of 17. I don't think it has still really hit me and at the moment my emotions are all over the place and all I'm focusing on is making sure I'm fully supporting him and being there for him. As it is all so raw I'm not going to do a blog post until I'm ready as I think it is so important that we are all fully aware of cancer. Those that can fight it and beat it are the real heroes, the people which we should look up to. But in spite of all the recent events Amba will forever be my idol. She is the most amazing, brave young girl I have met and I feel so privileged to have known her.

So to keep me busy today I have been writting some long awaited posts. A while back I purchased some MUA Lipsticks as they were buy 2 get 1 free, and when they're already £1 each it would be rude to say no! MUA is a brilliant brand if you can get a hold of it in your local Superdrug as when you feel like you need a little retail therapy for a pick me up and don't really have the funds you can spend as little as £1 and come away with a great Lipstick, Lipgloss or Eyeshadow!

I have to admit that when you apply this Lipstick the pigment is awful. I had to apply several coats of this Lipstick and to me, a Lipstick shouldn't be like this. However, I did find it to be very moisturising and glossy which is perhaps why the pigment isn't as strong as a matte coloured Lipstick. I'm not really a Lipstick person but have recently been 'getting into them' and trying lots of different colours and brands. Through this I have found that I prefer more stonger, bolder colours which is why Shade 4 isn't for me. Although I managed to get a good picture of the colour in a good natural light, when it is darker there is hardly any colour visable. So this would not be the Lipstick which I would reach for on a night out. I think this product would be more suited to being more of a lip balm with a tint of colour and perfect for applying day to day. Sadly, this is just one MUA product which isn't for me and which I won't be repurchasing.

If you have Shade 4, what do you think about it?

#90 Addicted To New Look Accessories

Although I am constantly busy, I still make the time to go on a few small shopping trips, this tends to be when I've got a free period at college. I know, I know bad me! But with a giant New Look so close by I couldn't resist, and they now have some lovely things in for this A/W season. So whilst waiting for payday I thought I'd use the rest of my money and buy some gorgeous jewellery as I feel as though I want to accessorise my outfits more.

This little lot came to a total of £17.96, which is actually rather expensive considering you could probably buy 10 things for that price in Primark. But I couldn't help it, they're just so pretty!!

This little beauty cost me £4.99 and I love it, it is completly me and will go with most of my outfits, as I tend to wear quite a lot of neutral colours.

When I saw this ring I knew that I had to buy it and again, for  £4.99 I couldn't resist. Because I do wear a lot of neutral colours I feel as though I need to inject some colour into my outfits, and what better way to start doing this with some accessories.

Now, I have always loved my earrings, and when I would buy some they would always be very big, gold and have pearls. So when I saw these, they were right up my street. I've also been a bit bored of all my current earrings and haven't worn any in a while, so these are perfect and cost £4.99.

And finally, this was my last purchase. Ear cuffs have become really popular recently and me being me and staying in my comfort zone, I didn't really think that they would suit me so decided not to purchase any. However, I stumbled across this one for just £2.99 and thought I'd give it ago and to my surprise I love it and haven't stopped wearing it. The other earring to this set is just a plain pearl stud, so everyones a winner all round!

Have you made any impulsive buys recently?!

#89 Happy Birthday Beautiful Nellies!

I'm baack!! Hurrah! Finally!! Life has been far to hectic recently with getting a job and having such a busy social life over the summer. But I've been working long odd hours all days of the week and it's really thrown my routine, but today was my first day back at college so hopefully things will go back to normal. I also have a laptop on loan to me for the next year whilst I finish my final year as somehow I managed to break my laptop and haven't been able to afford a replacement.

I also, want to say Happy 1st Birthday to my blog and thank all my lovely followers for giving me and my blog such amazing support, even when I've disappeared for a while, you guys are always there and it's what makes blogging so much more enjoyable!
